Biography

Mr. Serhal is a qualified water engineer, groundwater professional, and a hydrogeologist by training, with 15 years of significant groundwater experience. He is based in Lebanon.

Prior to joining Cimbria Consulting, Mr. Serhal provided consultancy services for water bottlers, beverage industries, and public infrastructure and water entities across Middle East countries. His experience is best demonstrated in hydrogeological and hydrogeochemical investigations, groundwater engineering and drainage, groundwater recharge, well construction and testing, springs catchment delineation and capture, groundwater contamination and remediation, source disinfection and sanitation, and groundwater modelling.

Mr. Serhal holds a ME in Water Engineering from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UNSW, Australia and BS in Agriculture with Diploma of Agriculture Engineer from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
