Biography

Mr. Dworak is a Senior Consultant with Cimbria Consulting. He is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mr. Dworak joined Cimbria Consulting in 2018 with the purpose of further strengthening the firm’s expertise in sales management and national distribution for engineered products.  Prior to joining Cimbria Consulting, Mr. Dworak spent over 25 years specializing in sales development for some of America’s most trusted industrial product manufacturers including Snap-On, Geiger Equipment, Modtruss, North American Safety Products, and Vis Reflectives among others. Mr. Dworak currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Danish-American engineered solutions company, Engiso, LLC.

Mr. Dworak is a third-generation farmer that owns and manages over 600 acres of sustainably-stewarded Wisconsin farmland. He is also the owner of Edgewood Game Farm, a longstanding Midwestern farm management entity.

Mr. Dworak has a B.A. in Broad Area Agriculture & Ag Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Riverfalls.
